Not in Pax List Mic Check (can't find him)

11 excellent Men showed after YHC forgot to send the pre-blast until 9pm. Was not expecting a great turn-out, but should that ever be the expection when YHC Q's?

Warmorama:

  • Mosey to front of Theatre

  • SSH X 30

  • Windmill X 10

  • Long Snappe X 10

  • IST X 10

Main Act:

  • Pax group in front of theatre looking into the birkdale abyss.

    • Start with two Burpees run half way down middle section do 5 Mericans, to the end of the 1st section (by circle) for 5 Jump Squats, Run half way back up the other side for 5 CDD's. Back to top. Double all exercises for 5 rounds. Ending with 10 burpees, 25 Mericans, 25 jump Squats and 25 CDD's.

  • Mosey to the theatre parking lot for some bear crawls and lunges

    • PAX line up at entrance to parking lot.

    • PAX bear crawl to parking spaces and do 3 mericans, run to the end of parking lot, back to the beginning, and then bear crawl 4 parking spaces for 6 mericans. The pattern is clear I hope. This continues for 5 rounds. Ending with 15 mericans and a lot of bear crawls/running.

    • Repeato but replace bear crawls with lunges and mericans with 5 jump squats. Only time for 4 rounds. Ending with 20 Jump squants and lots of running/lunges.

  • Mosey back to cars the scenic route for Mary

Machine Gun Mary:

  • LBC X 15

  • Pretzel Crunch X 10 each side

  • LBC with alternating leg lifts X 10

Recover Recover

COT:

  • MQ appreciation or better known as everyone in F3 can come eat and drink a beer just like MQ's so it feels more like F3 appreciation.  

Notables:

  • Cherry Bomb "that was actually good". Wow! That was a left handed compliment. Thank you Popcorn for saying that my Q's are usually actually good.

  • Cherry Bomb took his shirt off as usual. YHC has learned to keep his shirt on around the Dragonslayer shirtless crew as to not hurt anyones feelings.

  • Cherry Bomb, Deep Dish, and Rodeo all volunteered to Q Mighty Jungle soon. Cherry Bomb is the only one who follows through with promises apparently.

  • Rodeo did say that The Estate has overtaken Mighty Jungle. That was out loud Rodeo. Maybe targeted at Toxic since I have only had it for two months. Not enough time to ruin it. Will need a few more months to do that.

  • 2.5 miles of running

  • Everyone pushed it hard and it was a honor to lead.
