- Carolina Dry Docks
- Apollo Onyos
- Incline Merkins
- 6 inches

** The Q forgot to do High Knees on the last set.
Not sure, so we did Mason Twists for 30secs

A lot of fartsacking going on this morning! We saw Oktoberfest's car at his house! It was the Q's 26th wedding anniversary and he couldn't think of a better way to start the morning than with these beeatches!! Thanks Natty! Strong workout for all, 911 great job leading during Mary, he was a virgin, not now though! The diamond merkins at the end almost made me cry, LOL! Thanks Swamp Thing! Pinky wished Oktoberfest was here so we could add a couple extra sets of squats, even Jolly Roger noticed how proficient Oktoberfest was at the squat during Cinco de Mayo….
