Those Cackies are Gonna Chafe when We Violate the Weight


We all arrived a few minutes early and the topic of conversation was Nacho's Nike work pants that he got from the big and tall sale.  The even had pretty cuffs at the bottom.  I can promise you he'll never wear them again, but that set the mumble chatter tone.

We took a lap around the parking lot, but the mumble chatter sustained.  

WARMUP

  • 20x SSH
  • 10x Toy Soldier
  • 10x IST
  • 10x slow windmill
  • 10x long snapper
  • 15x mountain climber
  • 10x merkins

all IC

we grabbed weights from the back of Carpet Baggers truck and I wanrnes folks not to take the 45s.  They were stubborn and paid the price later.  But the mumble chatter sustained.

we made our way to the track.  We did the following set…

  • 15x curls
  • 10x squats
  • 15x chest press with glute bridge
  • 10x v-ups
  • 15x weighted glute bridges

we followed each of our three rounds with a lap around the track, one time with our weights and the other two without.

in the third set, we renamed the weighted glute bridges to violate the weight, and the mumble chatter sustained.

To quiet the Pax, we did a hill ladder doing 7 skull crushers at the bottom, walking to the top with our weights, doing 1 OHP at the top and back down with our weights.  We did the ladder to 1 and 7 and things quieted down.  

we took our weights back to CB's truck, did Mary, and recover recover.

2.2 miles covered and 812 calories burned (for me).  Those with 45s were laying in the parking lot.  And we have a whole new exercise name.
