Warm-up
"Monday" chest and triceps workout with blocks
"Tuesday" shoulder and legs workout with blocks
"Wednesday" back and biceps workout with blocks
A bunch of running in between and sprints at end.

It was awesome.  Ultraman actually did the entire WO with skooter and bum leg – hard core man and dedication there, I must say.
