Two men rescued me from a chilly, solo ruck through the McAuley neighborhood, and a good thing too or I would have still been wandering aimlessly without the OST signage to tell me when to turn. In the end, it wasn’t exactly the same course, but it still worked out to 5 miles of good livin’. Your last chance to join me will be on Saturday at 0600 beginning at Westmoreland Park (The General) for a 6 mile loop.

HONORABLE MENTIONS
- Toxic likes to peep in people’s windows; especially the ones with colored lighting. He claims it’s “situational awareness”.
- Omaha feels there is no excuse for church to go longer than 30 minutes; especially if no one is in the pews.
- Blackbeard experienced several Turnpike moments this morning. Thankful Omaha was there to berate me and Toxic to get me back on track.
- The three of us agree that there was a time when “liking” a PB was an HC. Apparently not the case anymore.
- CoT involved taking a knee, praying for all those affected in various ways by current events, a reminder to remember there is always someone with a tougher cross than you and reciting the Lord’s Prayer.
