The same three brave souls three Fridays in a row!  Obviously had to do the same work out!  FNG-1 is Dr J.

Warm Up

Ssh, IST, WM,  CP, Tie Fighter

Main Event

Lap around the lot w/11 or so stations, 6 reps at each.  Exercises; burpees, step ups or dips at benches, merkins, CH squats, lunges.  Mosey, sprint, karaoke between stations.  Back to AO for KBs.  Take it from the top; high ribbons, around the equator, between the legs.  IC: 1/2 curls to level, level to up, press, crushers, upright rows, lawnmower pulls, dead lift, sumo squats, Rock a Bye Baby.  On six: sit-ups, OH extend, seated twist, KB merkins, 30 sec KB plank leg extended. 
Top Gun: 10 minute continuous exercises with drop for KB burpee on the minute.  Exercises x 6 reps: curls, presses, crushers, upright rows, dead lift, squats.  Time flies when you’re having Fun!
