YHC, Waffle House and Primo kicked off the weekend with a Bedrock Beatdown at Bailey Road Park. Clear blue fall skies and a beautiful sunrise were in full display as we did some track work, rock work, bear crawls, crab walks, pull ups and a dash of cardio.
