Quick stop at front of high school for 10x of:
- Long Snapper
- windmill
- IST
run to Latta Pool for 20x:
- Bench step ups (10x each leg OYO)
run to bridge at new Latta Trail entrance:
- 20x air squats
run to Latta Canoe launch for:
- 20x dip
- 10x incline merican
run to bottom of Mortimer hill for:
- 10x LBC
- 20x Pretzel crunch (10 each side)
run back to Latta pool:
- 20x lunges (10 each side)
return to AO.
Fairly easy effort this morning. Roughly 3 miles total. Good 2nd F along the route and after. Got a taste of the cooler temps, so looking forward to the Fall season.
