Warmorama:
2 minutes – Single leg plank walkout
1/2 mile mosey to the boat launch parking lot for The Thang, and mosey back after.
The Thang:
Format: 4 rounds of 6 sets.
1)
a) 20 low box plank stepper – plank position walking hands onto a curb and back
b) 20 lateral runner – we used a parking line to jump laterally back and forth
2)
a) 15 side straddle hop
b) 10 bear crawl explosive pushups
3)
a) 15 modified box thrusters – squat with lat raises
b) 10 reverse lunge w/ twist
4)
a) 15 CCD
b) 15 mtn climbers
Finish with Burpees 15 x 10 x 5
