Throwback to the WORAC


What a beautiful morning in Mooresville! 10 of our finest showed up for YHC guest Q at the Monster Mile.

Cupcake, Lear, and Hurdle covered the standard.  Props to Hurdle for keeping his ruck on for the entire workout.  Nice job man!

Chicken Little was a beast.  He literally did the workout in 15 minutes.  No, seriously, he left at 0545.  Apparently, there are some wrecked race cars in need of repair after yesterday’s Roval.

Warm Up:

Mosey to bottom parking lot below the cemetery.

IC SSH 25x

IC IST 10x

IC Windmill 10x

IC Veg G 10x or so

IC Merkin 10x

Mosey to the pavilion and pick your favorite bench.

IC Step Ups 20x

IC Dips 10x

IC Incline Merkins 10x

The Thang:

This is where the throwback comes into play.  Cop, you were with us in spirit!

Mosey to the steps behind the school for some Top, Middle, and Bottom.

Start at the bottom with 20 squats.

Move to the middle with 2 burpees.

Finish round 1 at the top with 1 Jack Webb.

Repeat-O while increasing Jack Webb’s from 1 to 10, while doing 2 burpees every time you pass the middle and 20 squats every time you find the bottom.

Who's Mary?  No time for that.  Mosey back to the parking lot.
