6 men came together to throw some dice and get a midweek beatdown. I promised some old and some new. Here's what we did.

100 Mericans per team
200 LBC's per team
300 Squats per team
Over to the wall for People's chair and air presses
Mosey to lot in front of Dick's and much to our surprise, there was a bag of 3 styrofoamish dice just sitting there. Upon inspection each side had a designated exercise on it. Ok, might as well take advantage, right?
Mericans (regular, incline, decline), Superman, Side lunges, Jump squats, elbow plank, regular plank, groiners, regular squats, LBC's, Freddie Mercuries, High knees, Suzanne Somers.
Strangely enough, burpees were absent…
