The Force told me once that Wilderness needs Q’s. Well I don’t know about all that…this place was teeming with local pros.
Disclaimer offered though I think I stopped in the middle of it.

The Thang
I kept the Pax close to the base this morning and we did a 6-station circuit. The workout went down like this:
- 10 Muhammad Alis
- 10 Monkey Humpers
- 10 Dips
- 10 Apolo Ohnos
- 10 Allan Iversons
- 10 (-1/lap) Burpees
Each location was roughly 100′ from the prior and we moseyed between them. At 6 minutes left we moved on to
Mary
- Freddy Mercury (Roadie)
- Little Baby Crunch (Roadie)
- Dot the I, or as I referred to them as “World War 3 Sit-ups” (Toxic)
- Low Flutter (Top Gun)
- Low Dolly (Jedi)
- Rosalita (Ultraman)
- Peter Parker (Freedom)
- Parker Peter (Freedom)
- American Hammer (Bob Ross)
Moleskin
- Jedi is freakishly fast at burpees
Age Stats for Nerds
- Mean: 43.8 (average of the recorded ages)
- Median: 45 (age in the middle of those recorded)
- Mode: 44 (age that occurred the most)
- Max: 50 (highest age)
- Min: 28 (lowest age)
- Count: 11 (count of pax)
- Standard Deviation: 5.81065 (square root of the average “distance” each age had from the mean)
- Kurtosis: 6.22979 (indicates how “tailed” the data, i.e., are there outliers)
- Does a kurtosis of 6 indicate there’s skew? Oh yeah…(Cherry Bomb)
- Skewness: -2.24509 (describes the asymmetry of the data with respect to the mean, i.e., are we leaning left or right in a normal distribution. for about 3/4 of my qs, the skew leans negative, which is not surprising given the likelihood of more guys in their upper 40s/low 50s coupled with 2-3 pax in their 30s.)
