Die Hard, Rocket, Ultraman and FNG departed for a run

Mosey to the school, 1 leg peoples chair, lunge with twist to curb & back, balls to the call, plank walk to curb, merkins 10, plank walk back

Mosey to pull up bars: partner up, 5 pull ups, shimmy to other end 5 pull ups, shimmy back, 5 pull ups while parter was in al gore

Grab block: calf raises: toes out 10x, toes in 10x, regular 10x, block squats 10x, jump lunges 20, run lap

21 gun curls: low curl 7x, high curl 7x, full curl 7x, shoulder press 10x, scorpion dry dock 10x, run lap

skull crusher 10x, dips 10x, lawn mower 20x, run lap

as i grabbed the tire and the rain and thunder began so we put back the tire and blocks and ran undercover

i then delgated to the pax to pick exercises, they called a lot of great exercises but i cannot remember them

the runners returned for the COT soaked from the rain.  Black Sox was also soaked because he stayed in the rain while we were under cover.  He is very serious about his 75 HARD which says you must be outside in the elements for 1 of 2 daily 45 min workouts.
