- So many things to be thankful for!
- 911 was thankful that the workout ended so that there wouldn't be any emegencies in the parking lot!!
- Thankful for Oktoberfest for suggesting reflective gear! ( See attached photo worn in honor of Oktoberfest)
- Thankful people showed up to workout! Great seeing Double Double, Pinky, 911, and HAMBONE!
- Thankful to be able to workout! We worked the wings (pull ups), breast (mericans), thighs/ hams (running), in honor of the wonderful turkey!
