Time to bring the heat

7 men appeared on a cool morning to bring the heat. 

FNG-1 is Schwinn

Warmorama:

SSH x 25 IC, WM x 10 IC, CP x 10 IC, TS x 10 IC, Merkins x 10 IC

The Thang:

7 stations were set up with 2 exercises at each station.  

1st round pax did 15 reps of each exercise at each station

2nd round pax did 10 reps

3rd round pax did 5 reps

Stations:

  1.  Dead Lift Row / Close Handed Bridge Press – 45/55 lb kettlebell
  2.  Lunge Curls / Front Raises -15 lb dumbbells
  3.  Plank Row / Curls – 25 lb dumbbells
  4.  Clean Press / Squat Press – 30 lb kettlebells
  5.  Alternating Bench Press with raised legs / Kettlebell Swing – 35 lb kettlebells
  6.  Ball Press / Sit Up – 40 lb sandbag
  7.  Step Ups / Squats – 60 lb sandbag

After 1st round pax ran around the parking lot

After 3rd round pax did 10 burpees

Moleskin:

  • Workout started out cool, but ended up hot!  Nice having the cooler temps!
  • Natty brought the tunes again this week, last week was the "techno, spin class" type of music, this week, Southern Rock baby… Molly Hatchet, Lynyrd Skynyrd, 38 Special, etc.  Thanks DJ Natty. 
  • No sweatshirts today?
  • Schwinn brought it again today, good work bro
  • 911 came out for the workout before getting surgery on his meniscus.  Strong 911.
  • Continued prayers for Sarah Owings and prayers for a very sucessful surgery and quick recovery for 911.
