5 Pax took on a Thursday Edition of Spearhead to prepare for the April H or HH.

It went down like this:
 

445 I rolled the smaller of the tires down to home plate on the baseball field only to see TBC putting in some extra work in PUF..Strong work man..set a standard and exceed it

0455:  All Pax met at pull up forest and I broke it down for them.  Biggest thing I would have done different during the HTL was work on more strength and less mission work.  Some of the best teams are built by guys who do not know each other and just accept who is in charge. 

With that being said the goal was to keep each Pax moving and to reach muscle failure

Station 1 (Pace Setter) – 1 Pax

Run to Home plate- approximately 100 yards

Farmer carry smaller (actually large) tire around the bases- "Hit that Home Run"

Station 2 – AMRAP and RANDOM RUCK excercises at YHC discetion

Goal was to show you your weak areas and keep that heart rate pumping.  

JC was our Cadre during the HTL. Expect high tempo, a lot of effort, and continuous movement.  He will give you his all, and you should respect that by giving him maximum effort.
