Tin Man’s Plea To Wear a Mask


FNG1 = Wham-o

FNG2 = Slinger

FNG3 = Tin Man

The Warm-up:

  • SSH x 15 (IC)

  • Imperial Storm Trooper x 15 (IC)

  • Windmill x 10 (IC)

  • Stretchy-stretch: center, right, left

 

The Thang:

Mosey to DUMC, grab a paver and circle up:

  • (Once per minute: 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 curls) x 5

  • Lap around DUMC parking lot/20 WW2 sit-ups

  • Repeato x 5

  • (after set 3 we did a mobility minute)
