TG had a tire blowout on the way to the AO so casually knocked out 80 shi%#y pull ups and walked 2 dogs.
Amen is on day 25 without seeing the Dr and crushing these workouts.
Crocs was reading my mind today foreseeing the audible & rock plan.
Silent Bob was a little quiet today but is knocking out these workouts.
Zare has hops. He was a good 10 feet further than the nearest Pax in the broad jumps – wow.
Goat & Rocket we’re talking about cumulative fatigue with YHC before the workout. Little did they know it would be the workout. Take the rest of the day off today as you’re earned it,
Jorel was called out by Rocket for not attending boot camps after he called DH & YHC out for not running anymore. We ran, and he attended a boot camp. Balance has been restored.
DH ran, stretched, and attended a boot camp – a very well rounded approach to fitness.
