Grab blocks and partner up…partner 1 runs to end of bus parking lot and partner 2 completes block exercise. 2 rounds each partner of each following block exercise: skull crushers, upright rows, shoulder press, curls
Put blocks to the side and mosey to playground
10 pull ups, mountain climbers IC. Repeato x 2
Mosey back to blocks: 30 big boy sit ups (use block to anchor feet), 20 merkins, 10 burpees, run lap around bus lot. Repeato
