To Ciabatta or Tabata

We warmed up then did some Tabita, 6 sets 20 seconds each, 10 seconds rest, about a minute break as the Pax selected the next exerxcise out of a brown paper bag, they werre: Situps, Carolina DD, Burpies, LBC, Merkins, Mountain Climbers, Reverse Lunge, Dips, Mason Twist.  Everyone had a great time.  One pax not listed Drew Richards Vishu.
