To run with or without the pain stations ?


The Thang

Break into 2 groups; one for 6 miles of a recovery run & one for 5 miles of intersections and pain

 

Crab Legs, Fenway, and Frogger chose the 6 mile option. 

 

YHC and the others chose pacing and pain. This is what happened… 

 

Run to first intersection and do 2 Peter Parker Merkins

Run at 75-80% max to next intersection for 4 PPM, repeat to 6 PPM, up to 10;

Next exercise of Fast running and Slow Squat with Air Press x 1 up to 10;

Fast running & Straight Leg High Lifts up to 10

Fast running & Single Leg Deadlifts up to 10

Time check run it back to AO

 

We covered 5 miles and 40+ intersections and even re-joined the first group as we approached the AO.
