With JB out of town I saw the calendar open and decided to take the Q this week. YHC met Cousin Eddie for a 2 mile standard with CE running 3. 6 others met at HT and we were off at 5:30:01. 

Mosey to the back of HT for warmorama. YHC had to bring more Cornelius trivia after Possum’s Q last week. Pax failed to know what the Town of Cornelius was named before it was named Cornelius(Liverpool). Penalty 5 burpees.

Warmorama: SSH, Toy Soldier, IST, Slow Windmill, Carrot Puller

The Thang:
Mosey to the atrium building for Peoples Chair (30seconds), Air Press, Touch them heals, Praying Mantis, Rocky Balboa, Dips.
Mosey down the bottom of the bridge for a round of Dora:
200 LBCs and 400 Squats
Mosey down to the bridge for 11s: 
Carolina Dry Docks and WW2s
Mosey back to start with a little Mary sprinkled in
Recover, recover

This ended up being a lot more running than YHC thought. In total we covered 2.5 miles. Everyone got after it this morning and no complaining even with the extra running. FNG=Kaiser who was visiting Macbeth from NJ.
