We are doing a neighborhood running with cul-de-sac pain stations… pearls on a string, Why? Because the Q needs miles.

2 wrongs don't make a right, but 3 lefts do…

At this point Spork has to bounce and asks for directions back to the AO. Also a hint for anyone with the spacewatch. It has a "back to start feature". Apparently Skipper has had too much, doubts that we can make it back by 0615 and he also runs back.

Reflection

Hebrews 12:1-3

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.

Moleskin

  • YHC is half listening to the MC during COP and just says "we're doing that next" after someone mentions Dr. W but then does SSHs.
  • Skipper mentions it would be nice to have his water with him. How many 3-mile runs do you go on where you need water? YHC suggests he find a sprinkler head to sit on.
  • Shirley, Hefty and Spork dominate on the runs, but somehow Spork's mouth still outruns his legs.
  • Mater reminds YHC that we did all of these exercises already this week
  • Vortex reminds Skipper at 0600 that with 15 minutes left we can cover 2 miles in that time and that he didn't need to leave. He probably just needed to drop a deuce.
  • Dandelion lays the MC on thick today. I guess that's payback.
  • Skipper will bring his running shoes next time.
