The Road to Shambala kicks off the 3 year anniversary of my EH date (though some carbon dating models suggest an earlier beginning).

Warm-a-rama: Performed in multiples of 3

Thang 1:

Mosey over behind the medical complex for some four corners;

Lunge walk to corner 1 for 5 mericans, crab walk to corner 2 for 10 CDDs, bear crawl to corner 3 for 15 diamond mericans, merican shuffle back to start for 20 LBC. Repeato with WWII x 10, something by 20, something else x 30, and squats x 40.

Thang 2:

Mosey over to the proctologist office for a very brief discussion on mens health and noted the sign "Endoscopies in the rear". Ran down around the building noting locations for a "top", "middle", and "bottom" (conveniently located at the entrance for colonoscopies… in the rear of the building). Ladder performed here with 3 burpees in the middle, squats on the bottom and CDD's on the top. started at 21 on the bottom and then ran to the top for 3, drop 3 at the bottom, add 3 at the top untile 21 CDD's at the top.

Mosey back to the AO start with a small detour for 12 dips in cadence.

Moleskin:

– Lear returned to his role as war daddy, while Goat Path picks up the resident war baby role.

– Points systems were discussed including whether or not to DQ those who chose to do their own workout

Speaking of point systems;

  • 3 points for AO workouts
  • 2 points for coffeteria and other 2nd f'ing
  • 5 points for 3rd f'ing
  • -2 points for alternative workouts
  • 1 point for standard

3rd place (0 points, -2 "alternative" points for doing an alternative workout + 2 points for coffeteria): Cheez Wiz, Mailman, Totebag, & Soul glo
