Burp-ups and Monkey Slides (4 rounds):
Pair up – two go to the Monkey bars and do continuous Burp-ups (burpee followed by pull-up on the monkey bar on your leap) until the other two complete the following: Monkey Slide right up the parking lot, 5 Merkins; Monkey Slide left down the parking lot, 5 Merkins, Sprint up the parking lot, 5 Merkins; Mosey down the parking lot, 5 Merkins, then run to the Monkey bars.
Indian Run:
Through the neighborhood to the clubhouse/pool: last in line drops for 2 Merkins, before running to the front.
15 IC Arm Circles foward (Q attempted counting for this single motion to be 3-count, in-cadence, but it just ended up being me randomly counting to three). 15 IC WWI sit-ups
Return: through the neighborhood via Indian Run.

Reflection:
Matthew 7:12 Do unto others as you would have done unto you. The meaning can be it's literal one: treat others well, if you want to be treated well. I shared an recent example of sharing this w/ my daughter.
