Too Much Running


Burgundy’s VQ… a few side strattle hops before moseying out to the front of the neighborhood for a long walk of lunges.  Short mosey for a few sets of backwards hill runs with Bobby Hurley’s.  Long mosey back to the green for a ridiculous bear crawl through land mines and increasing sets of merkins, burpees, mountain climbers, slow deep squats.  Mosey back to clubhouse for Mary.
