No warm up and straight over to bud Henderson for hill work
2 times up 2 times down solo
1 time down and back as a Commando rub
2 more times up 2 more times down solo
Over to the track for one lap and the race between Pit Stop and Gambini

gambini complained but he liked it
Jedi is getting stronger daily running

Pit Stop cheated! Post-race drug screened revealed he is still in his 30’s thus making the race not fair.
