Kudos to the Pax owning the gloom.  There are some Pax that are still sheltering in quarantine.  But we still want to beatdown.  And honestly, it is getting a bit tough to stay motivated OYO.  So I offer you the Touchdown.  Why "Touchdown"?  Because we're "taking it to the house"  —  this is designed for working out in your garage/yard.  Preblast includes the workout.  I'll post a backblast after I complete it.  Sound off in the comments so we know.

Warmorama

  • Side Straddle Hop x15ic
  • Windmill x15ic
  • Arm Circles forward 30 seconds, backward 30 seconds
  • Imperial Storm Trooper x15ic

The Thang:   

* call out your cadence, for some reason it helps to call it out when you are on your own. 

** try to do each grouping continuous and then take a breather (if needed) and move to the next group

*** use a kettlebell if you have one; if not then grab something of weight in the garage and use it (get creative if you have to)
