Partner 1 run while partner 2 jump lunge, then switch

1 partner grab a rock and all mosey to firehouse parking lot
Partner 1 side plank walk across parking lot and back while Partner 2 did exercise and then switch (rock curls, rock shoulder press, rock skull crushers, rock squats), return rock
Mosey the horseshoe location
backwards run up to the first turn and then run the rest of the way to the other side of the horseshoe

Scrappy did not realize what a great exercise IST was until he did it while walking
Outlaw passed his Mary exercise to Stromboli so he could call his famous Crunchy Frog
Great to see some of the Cotters than have not been to Paininsula in a while (Tiny, Primo, Ludi, etc)
