What better way to kick off the new year then with a tour of cul de sucks. That’s exactly what happened and everyone ran between 3-5 miles. The plan was easy pace until you got to an up hill section. At that point you increase your pace to 1/2 marathon, 10k, or 5k, depending on how you feel. This workout still hurts every time. Today was no different. Great work guys.
Get on the calendar and Q a workout. You owe it to yourself.

My first tour of the cul-de-sucks. It sucked. I kinda liked it. Running is weird.
I noticed the smell of pine as we passed all the trees in the street – liked that as well.
