Toxic followed the workout

As I was falling asleep last night I realized I had the Q. I dreamt up something and it went like this:

warm-o-Rama: SSH, hillbillies, windmills. Dwight schrutes, mosey and get blocks

the thang: 

  • Line up facing the pull up bars.
  • 1 curl
  • 1 pull up
  • run to first island, 1 merkin
  • run back to blocks

continur adding 1 additional rep and running to the next farthest island. Resulting in a ladder up to 5.

exercises were changed to:

  • skull crushers
  • chin ups
  • merkins

and a third time through with

  • bent over rows
  • burpees
  • merkins

we moved to the wall and did 2 sets sitting in people’s chair:

  • 10 curls IC
  • 10 sec blocks out front static hold 

we put away our blocks and finished with a little Mary.

Surprizingly toxic stayed on task and did all the exercises. I was quite proud of him do not going ADD on me.
