5 men were not afraid of a little rain, of which there ended up being none, and ventured forth into The Wilderness to discover our inner-selves, and get stronger while doing it! Only our hands and forearms got wet…and Amen's butt (stk).
BREAKING NEWS: Soprano was on time. And, this was like his 5th post in a row at The WIlderness. That makes him officially a regular!

Mosey down the parkway (not being sure about the weather, we did a loop around the clubhouse, stoping at each intersection for some pain, which included some of the following:

- Soprano was jealous that YHC had named an exercise after himself, so we named Peter Parker Mericans 'Soprano Mericans'.
- Jorel then wanted something named after him, so we did Ultraman's twist on the Rocky Balboa's, and named them Jorel Balboa's.
- Sideways Bear Crawl…STOP…Flapjack
- Monkey Humpers
- Squats
- Quadraphelia up the hill
- Bear Crawl down the hill
- Dips (this is where Amen sat down on the ground 😐 )
- Vertical Freddie Mercury's (aka Imperial Storm Troopers). What? The ground was wet!!!
- Quadraphelia back to the playgound
- Everybody grabbed a pole on the swingset (this was Soprano's favorite part!) for some more Side Presses
- Praying Mantis
- Parker Peter Mericans
- Toxic Drydocks
- Dips
