8 warriors posted at Gladiator, and were relieved to discover that the beatdown involved no Dragon Crawls, Green Sally, blockees, block webbs, or Soprano!
Warm-a-rama
- Mosey around the parking lot, and gather up Travolta and Grape Ape, who apparently thought the workout started at 5:33.
- Circle up by the pull-up bars
- Stretch
- Mountain Climbers
- Windmills
- Carrot pullers
- Toe jams
- and some other stuff
The Thang
- Mosey to the benches by the fountain
- Cross-over step ups
- 1 leg squats
- Mosey to Copperhead hill
- Quadraphilia, followed by 20 monkey humpers at top, and 10 squats at bottom – x2 + x2 more later (everyone did J-Lo while Amen finished his squats and watched us)
- Mosey to the round-about
- Bear crawl 1/3, crab walk 1/3, lunge walk 1/3
- Mosey back to Copperhead hill for above, and then back to the parking lot

- Soprano was so afraid of my beatdown, that he picked up the Q at Viking so that he would have an excuse!
- The Throuple (Frontier, Amen, and Etch) did a 5 mile Standard i think they said!??
- Good to see Grape Ape out in the gloom. It's been a while!!
- Also good to have Topgun back in the saddle. That ointment i gave him seems to have worked!!!
