THE THANG
-Line up on one side of the parking lot and travel across to the other side like this:
*Dragon walk to the island – 10 Burpees
*Bear crawl to the next island – 10 Burpees
*Inch Worm to the next island – 10 Burpees
*Duck Walk to the next island – 10 Burpees
*Lunge Walk to the next island – 10 Burpees
-Mosey a lap around the church with stops. Went like this:
*Stop 1-Crawl Bear up the stairs
*Stop 2-Wall jump ups (5 each side)
*Stop 3-Wall sits with air presses 25 IC
-Mosey to blocks and Grab a block and do 5 more. Went like this:
*Curls – Mosey down the parking lot – Plank Jacks – Mosey back to other side
*Skull Crushers – Mosey down the parking lot – Hand Release Merkins – Mosey back to other side
*Shoulder Presses – Mosey down the parking lot – Dips – Mosey back to other side
*Bench Presses – Mosey down the parking lot – In and Outs – Mosey back to other side
-Mosey a lap around the church with stops. Went like this:
*Stop 1-Wall sits with air presses 25 IC
*Stop 2-Wall jump ups (5 each side)
*Stop 3-Crawl Bear up the stairs

MUMBLE CHATTER
*Lots of laughter was had at the expense of Toxic’s butt but in all seriousness routine medical exams are vital to our health so don’t put them off. Two pax committed to the procedure on the spot. (I think they want a referral Toxic)
*A new MQ was named today for Mighty Jungle. Welcome, Firestone.
*Saw some new faces today so that is always nice. Even stole a PAX from a neighboring AO although he said he regretted it.
*I think one person (other than myself) did the crawl bear on the stairs. Was it really that bad?
*Please keep all those who gave the ultimate sacrifice in mind as you spend your long weekend sitting by the pool and drinking beer enjoying your freedom. Freedom is not free and some paid much much more than others.
