The People's Republic of Davidson charged up the Priuses (or is it Pri-i?) and Hammer & Sickled it over to Race City, now known as Trump-ville due to the strange juxtaposition of an elitist golf course community and a bombastic, yet somehow still likeable, Mooresville Pax.
We considered postponing the workout and debating whether 90% incremental tax rates under Bernie's socialist policies or 75-100% higher prices on consumer goods under Trump's protectionist tarriff/trade plans would be better. But we realized our debate would probably devolve into a name-calling, shouting match with no-one ultimately changing their minds.
So in the end, better judgement prevailed, and we decided to just beat the crap out of each other physically, as usual, for forty-five minutes and save the debate for later!
Here's what we did:
Warm-Up: SSH, Squat, Alt Lunge, Alte Side Lunge, Imperial Walker, Merkin, Mtn Climbers, stretch the calves!
Grab Your Bricks: We went to brickpile, each grabbed a couple of bricks and ran down to the cul-delsac for COP:
Brick SSH X10, Brick Merkin X10, Brick Squat Jumps X10, Brick SSH X10, Brick Wide Merkin X10, Brick Burpees X10, Brick SSH X10, Brick Squat Jumps X10, Brick DiamondsX10, Brick Trusters X10
Dora 1-2-3: Get a Partner and while one guy runs to light, other guy does pushups, sit-ups, squats. Total per group was 100 Pushups, 200 situps, 300 squats. Lots of running during 200 full sit-ups (crowd-pleaser).
Then run back to Brickpile for several sets of: Bear Crawls, Lunges, Burpee Broad Jumps and High Skips across parking lot.
Finish with Mary and COT.

Senator is really loud until, as he admits, we get about 5 minutes into the workout and he quiets down for some reason!

Chief might be the slowest Burpee-Do-er in F3 (#whoneedsa10countwhenyouhavechief?). Combine that with Duvall on SSH and you get the Super-Slo-Mo Dynamic Duo.
