So I just wrote a whole backblast and the website somehow erased it.  New, shorter version.  I guess show-to-know, because I'm not retyping it all (I'm not lazy, just annoyed).

FNG-1 – Tom Becker (now named Deputy Dog)

FNG-2 – Tom Becker (first post and Deputy Dog's dad)

We jogged to track, did pretty standard warm-up and running drills.

4×100 on track with 10 Mericans, jog 50, sprint 50

Ladder at steps with one-legged, two-legged hops on stairs and squat jumps / jump lunges (5->20)

Wall sits, air curls, air press, tricep dips, incline Mericans, close grip incline Mericans

400m run

LBC, Pretzel crunch, homer to marge

Repeato 4×100

WW2 situps, freddie mercury, back to parking lot and 100sec plank
