Basic warm o rama
Strength training – with traveling coupon (paver stones)
4 corners – 10 pull-ups, 20 merkins, 30, squats, 40 wwII – repeato 2x
Block Jack Web – to a 5 count
Bearcrawl to 5 burpees, lunge walk back 20 dry docks – repeato 2x
Endurance/Aerobic training – laps, leg lifts, run in place with up/downs, zig zag run, karoake cones
Skills training – QB, DB and Receiver drills
Finished with wind sprints and Mary.
PAX were great with a lot of mumble chatter and badgering. The 2nd F was in full swing. Nice work to all.
