THE THANG
Part 1
*Indigenous people lap around the parking lot to the block pile.
*Select a block and return to the parking lot and choose your lane.
*Curls 20 IC > Inch Worm up the parking lot stopping at each line for > Hand Release Merkins 10.
*Skull Crushers 20 IC > Bear Crawl up the parking lot stopping at each line for > LBCs 10.
*Shoulder Press 20 IC > Lunge Walk up the parking lot stopping at each line for > Pickle Pounders 10.
*Milk Jugs 20 IC > Quadrafilia up the parking lot stopping at each line for > Derkins 10.
Part 2
*Mosey to the field. Split into two groups each behind a trash can.
*Trash Can Football – An exercise and count is called. Each team gets three throws to try and double the other team's count. This is achieved if they make a throw into the trash can.
*Round 1 – 15 Burpees
*Round 2 – 20 Merkins
* Round 3 – 20 Shoulder Presses
* Round 4 – 20 Dips
* Round 5 – 10 Pull-Ups
* Round 6 – 10 Over Block Burpees

*Mater was in rare form. I guess being the only hot dog guy in town now is going to his head. Now he just has to run GG out of town.
*One team was clearly better at trash can football. It was not the one I was on.
*I feel like I need to boil myself after crawling around on the filthy parking lot. Kudos to the HIM who stayed to clean it up a little.
*Thanks for starting the warm-up without me. My standard was not very fast and led to a late arrival. Then the blown hamstring didn’t help things. #IR #IcyHot
