I awoke to a beautiful crisp morning and traveled on out to ELHS.
I was surprised upon my arrival to not see Hefty's vehicle in the lot. I was soon joined by Sonar and Marker. It Takes Two (FNG-1) rolled in. This was his second post and glad he came out for another beatdown. Shortly before the buzzer sounded Mater, Spork, and Bertha arrived.

The Thang
Run down and around the back of the school to the picnic tables. Dips, single leg squats, and inclined merkins
Run around to the bus lot. Side shuffle left and right up through a section of parking spaces
Run around front of school to where parking lot begins. Lieutnant Dan up to 10
Run down to the track
Take a lap and then to the wqall for Peopl's Chair – air presses and touch them heels
Take another lap and to the wall again for air presses
One more lap then to the steps for calf raises
Back into the lot for trace the lines ( run up, side shuffle, quadraphelia inside of parking space and do a burpee at each tip)
Just enough time left for one mary exercise – Jane Fonda's
Prayers up to the families and others affected by the UNCC shooting, and to the family and friends of Mooresville Officer Jordan Sheldon who was shot and killed.
