YHC & Spork took off at 0530, sharp, for a few slow miles through the new Trilogy loop, which covers the part we refer to as the desert. The red clay is finer than sifted all purpose flour, and thick. YHC wasn't wearing new shoes today so the route was a non issue.
Always great conversations during these runs and nice to have a super strong PAX w you to push you when your body is telling you no.
