We met at 7 on a cold, 22 degree morning to run trails. We were joined by the fast 4 of Mort, Ghost, Frodo, & THM. Within sight of the cars I caught a root and went down. It was good to get falling out of the way. We set out with everyone on the hill trail to Cove. This is where the fast four took off. We continued on to Split Rock, Hill, Prairie, to the boat launch. From there we hit Beechwood, Catawba, Laura's, Buzzard Rock, and Shady back to the start. It was a great day and look forward to doing it again after this weekend's CRC Trail Race. Until next time.
