Friday has flown by so this BB will not be what I'd hoped it would be…
Awful lotta rain in the forecast caused numerous AO's in the community to announce convergences at Cauldron where YHC had the Q. Cauldron is perhaps my favorite workout of the week, so I was excited to Q and potentially show some guys who don't post there ever/often how great it is, but the weather, crowd, Camp Gladiator and FiA made it impossible to make a plan in advance and severely limited all this great AO has to offer. Hopefully all pax will return on a fairer weather day soon.
We claimed level 2 as ours – it was available and "dry" (not really).
We went for a full body workout, starting with Skull crushers then working our way down the muscle groups head to toe (well, shoulders and triceps down to calves). Mostly in cadence of 15 with a couple at 10.
Good mix of "normal" exercises, but when Qbert and the Q (notice only one of those was the "Q") got into a debate over what a squat vs deadlift was, we then did what the Q calls deadlilfts AND side squat deadlifts to prove a point. The two Q-called deadlifts should have all the pax ailing in the hammy area – YHC knows mine already are!
Moleskin can be captured through pax comments if it's not too late on a Friday. Since it's 5:10, guessing everyone has virtually punched out, and it's not like any of us read BBs on our own time…
