Sorry for the late skinny BB! Today's workout was inspired by Turnpike's ABSURDLY difficult Monopoly-themed trivia workout from a month prior. I love trivia, and as a undergrad History major with an unusually strong interest in the second world war… the choice seemed obvious. I would have my revenge on Turnpike. I would share the questions and answers here, but believe me… I'll be recycling this weinke for future workouts (:::cough cough NIGHT RANGER cough:::).
The order of battle was simple – mozy to the Hopewell track, hop the fence (monsoon the night before made this treacherous), pose a trivia question, run a 1/4 mile lap, answer… and there was a different pain waiting depending on Pax having the right/wrong answer. Today's contestants got 3 of 9 correct, suffering greatly, but thanks to 66 – avoiding all potential burpees. Approx 2.5 miles – done at a nice speedy pace – and on a *dry* track, not bad!
That was fun, more trivia I say!
