Begin with a mosey around the church and a couple up and downs of Hell's Ascent.  Circle up in the field for COP.

COP:

  • SSH x 25
  • Squat x 25
  • Lunges x 25
  • Windmill x 25
  • Merkins x 25
  • IST x 25

Workout:

Mosey over to pull up bars.

  • 10 Pullups

Grab a llog and bring to field.  2 on one log and 3 on the other.

  • OH Press x 25
  • Curls x 15
  • Sit ups x 15
  • Squats x 15
  • OH Hold x 1 minute

Return logs

  • 10 pullups

Mosey to Hell's Ascent

  • Quadraphelia with 10 squats at top and 10 lunges at bottom, AMRAP while 1 pax runs lap around church
  • Repeato until all pax have run a lap
