Six fine men made it out to the early bird workout this Saturday and left satisfied.  This is what we did.

Warmup:

Run around parking lot mixing in side-shuffles, butt-kickers, carioca, and high-knees.  Grab a cinder block and take it to back of parking lot.

COP:

  • SSH
  • Merkins
  • IST
  • Windmill
  • Wide Merkins
  • Burpee Time Bomb 5-1

Workout:

Each member of the PAX took one of six stations and we all rotated through three times.

  • Station 1 – Tire flip x 10
  • Station 2 – Farmer carry two cinder blocks
  • Station 3 – Overhead press w/ cinder block x 20
  • Station 4 – Flutter kick w/ cinder block chest press x 20
  • Station 5 – Curls w/ cinder block x 20
  • Station 6 – Lawn mower w/ cinder block x 20

After the third round, stations 3-6 were replaced with the following.  PAX completed two times.

  • Station 3 – Derkins on cinder block x 20
  • Station 4 – Chin ups x 10
  • Station 5 – Run to end of parking lot and back (~ 150 yds)
  • Station 6 -Burpees x 10

Carry blocks to grass for some Block Webb 1-5

Mary:

  • LBC
  • Rosalita
  • Elbow plank 2 minutes

Moleskin:

  • Sorry for not putting down reps of COP and Mary.  YHC has no idea how many we did of each exercise.
  • Great work put in by the PAX.  YHC was glad to be back at it and working with all of you.
