While YHC, Thug and JB performed some strength and conditioning work on the far soccer field on Saturday, a truly remarkable feat of physical and mental duress was taking place on the track. Sure to be a park record, 160 combined laps around the track were being performed by our own Chilly Willy and Stray. These savage beasts accomplished what they set out to do that morning with purpose and conviction and impressive is an extreme understatement to describe what transpired that morning! Chilly and Stray went through 3 pairs of Hoka’s each, consumed 2 dozen bananas, 19 gallons of water and burned a combined 50,000 calories. County officials are now assessing the costs to resurface the track. Well done gents!
it was awesome seeing JB back at Bedrock, KB in hand and getting after it. Thug continues to be a permanent fixture at Bedrock and crushed it on Saturday!
