The OGs wanted core and flexibility, the new guys wanted pain and gains. The group was reluctant and willing on all accounts all at the same time. Ironic, dontcha think?-There was an abnormal amount of traffic during our endeavors this morning. Good thing there was a disclaimer to keep us all safe.-Thanks to the standard runners who kept their headlamps on. They weren’t entirely necessary, but extremely helpful in getting to and choosing rocks.-Seems there are guys and families going through a lot as of late. Reach out, lend a hand, ask others for help. It’s all in the DNA of this group and the men in it.-The discussion at coffee was about Absolute Truth vs Empirical Truth, how we find it, define it, embrace it, share it, impose it, decipher it, etc etc. I thought it was GREAT. Because of space and seating, there were other discussions happening simultaneously. I’m sure they were just as important riveting. Overall, an awesome way to start the week.
