20 SSH
Right over Left
Left over Right
10 windmills
mosey around the parking lot

The Thang:

Split into two groups at the flag pole
Group 1 lap around the flag pole
Group 2 jump ups on the curb
Switch, 5 rotations
Group 1 run backwards
Group 2 dips
switch, 3 rotations
mosey around school to lower practise field
1 burpee run to top of the hill to school
10 LBC, run back to back part of school
10 wall kicks
repeat but add burpee up to 5 
Last hill burpee at each stop
Mosey to pull up bar
20 pull ups 
Mosey to the steps and back until everyone is done
