This workout was planned long before the beatdown applied by Hummer yesterday at Monster Mile. Thought about dialing it back a bit, but YHC could see the Pax were ready for round 2 this morning. The beatings will continue until morale improves.

The Thang
Big loop around the entire parking lot totals only a 1 mile run, including 45 Hurpees, but felt like much more of both. 8 station stops along the way each including an IC leg and mary exercise. We worked our soccer arms during the mozy between stations. It went down like this:
1- squats, flutter press. run to next station, 5 hand release burpees, run back. mozy with curls.
2- right leg lunge, mason twist. run to next station, 5 hand release burpees, run back. mozy with front shoulder raise
3- left leg lunge, windshield wipers. run, hurpees, run (you get it, everytime). mozy skull crushers
4- sumo squat, lo dolly press. RHR. mozy military press.
5- right leg deadlift with weight in opposite hand, lbc, RHR, mozy curls.
6- left leg deadlift, heels to heaven, RHR, mozy skull crushers.
7- barry shinikov, lo scissor press, RHR, mozy front raise.
8- right leg deadlift with weight in same hand, wwII, RHR, left leg deadlift, mozy military back to start.

We were warned by a nice Lowe's employee that delivery trucks would not stop while we Mary-ed in the middle of the road. No Pax were harmed in the serving of this beating.
The were multiple requests for second demonstations, usually by DeepEnd. Q ignored these.
First two rounds of mozy arm exercises were IC until Q couldn't breathe after round 2 so OYO from then on.
Motorboat suggested that single leg deadlifts would be easier with weights in the same hand. We tried it and I disagree.
Pierogi and Big Mean rucked while Loveshack, Contra, and Usain ran. Only Usain stayed for COT. Someone please let the others know about COT and pray for them to attend soon.
