Landline came in early and setup shop … the rest rolled in at the spritely appointed hour: 6:45

 

The Thang:

4 rotations through the stations:

  • basket with 60 lbs, then 70lbs, then 80lbs x2: pull basket around short loop, Appollo Onyo's x 12 (timer for others)
  • 45 lb weight: chest press, skull crushers
  • 60 lb sandbag lunges, squats
  • 45 lb weight: shoulder press, upright rows
  • 65 lb barbell: curls, bent-over rows
  • 40 lb KB: lawnmower pulls each side
