4 rotations through the stations:
- basket with 60 lbs, then 70lbs, then 80lbs x2: pull basket around short loop, Appollo Onyo's x 12 (timer for others)
- 45 lb weight: chest press, skull crushers
- 60 lb sandbag lunges, squats
- 45 lb weight: shoulder press, upright rows
- 65 lb barbell: curls, bent-over rows
- 40 lb KB: lawnmower pulls each side
